Thank you for choosing our scalp spa for your relaxation and rejuvenation needs. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy below:

Confirmation of Bookings: All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Failure to confirm may result in cancellation of the appointment.

Arrival Time: Clients are required to arrive on time for their appointments or preferably 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to ensure a relaxed start to the session.

Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, please note that running late may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

No Show Policy: Clients who arrive late by more than 10 minutes without prior notice will be considered a “no show.” In such cases, the appointment may be forfeited, and a cancellation fee may apply.

No Show No Calls: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a “no show no call.” Clients with two or more instances of “no show no call” may be prohibited from booking future appointments.
